I need help on deciding should I take this offer by Hindustan Unilver Limited . Currently my CTC is around 14.1L and they shared a CTC of 16.9 around 20% hike. Should I take it. Will it hamper my future growth. Currently I have 3 Yrs of exp and by the time I leave I will have 3.3 years of experience.
