AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

Bgv is still under process
Hi,
Bgv is successful but my current company is asking for previous pf number and date of exit. So, should I give the previous employer details or previous to previous employer details as I didn't show my previous employment in my CV as I got terminated due to bgv failure. And my immediate previous employment was only for 25 days. So, which details to furnish to my current employer as they want to create new pf number? Will giving my immediate previous employment details cause any harm to my job (my bgv is already complete) as it didn't show my previous employment details during the interview process? Please help me here with your thoughts.

Hello , mention,why BGV failed in previous company?, Also ,it will show in EPFO if PF was created by previous company. MNC/Major company do check these while BGV.whts yr previous and new company, could you mention it? , to suggest more on it..

The reason for bgv failure was mismatch in designation in experience letter... previous company was CTS and current company is Deloitte but through a third party payroll as CTH.
Designation also checked in BGV , not sure.. coming to yr main question - u r joining third party - C2H, It won't be a problem but ,just tell yr hiring vendor HR.. They won't bother these because u will be on their Third party payroll and not Deloitte , any more query u have ?

I haven't told about my previous employment which was for 20 days and the bgv is already done and its green and they released the offer letter. Now, they are asking for previous employment pf number and date of exit. So, I am so confused to provide the pf details of the employment which I didn't show or to provide the pf details of previous to previous employment.
