I would love a job that is virtual and gets the same perks as a teacher. Any ideas?

I received an offer from a school that splits writing and reading into different classes. I guess I’m having a hard time figuring out what that would look like. I would be teaching writing. Any ideas?

Got the following offers on the table:

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.

Agreed to serve as local counsel for another attorney in my firm (different office). Answered complaint and then the case fell off the rails. Turns out firm has a conflict of interest that was missed in initial check, client has been instructed to retain a new attorney, court has ordered us to withdraw and client to produce documents by Wednesday. I recieved a call from recruiter and she told me if you get selected and we are willing to wait for 2 months for your LWD. Will you sign an agreement stating that you will join us and not other companies?
Is it normal to ask? I dont wanna sign any such agreement which will prohibit me to look for better opportunities. How to counter her?
