I received an prejoing kit from infosys today, the thing is I am also actively looking for other opportunities too. So if I end up getting another good offer than Infosys, can I pursue it? Does this prejoing kit formalities and all has any tie to strictly join Infosys alone.

You can always reject , no one can force you to join anywhere .. though ethically it’s not correct to not join and inform at the last moment but again it’s debatable. But yeah legally, no action or consequences.

At max, u might face issues in future if you want to apply at Infosys, that’s it

I would like to know @author, I am also in process for digital verification stage now for infy, so I am facing challenges like EPFO showing duplicate entry for last 3 companies and how to get this resolved also I want to know what were the steps you got to follow till prejoining kit? Were you serving notice while doing formalities in infy? Can I dm you?

Hello all, Need help in choosing in between these two opportunities...

HashedIn by Deloitte @ 14 LPA (lots of perks provided by the company in form of employee benefits, New Project and Currently in Team building stage. So, the work will start from scratch)
Harman @ 15 LPA (In Samsung Project and the will have to work from client side office i.e. Samsung office itself)

Both are in Product Engineering domain in the Embedded Systems space.
