I recently joined Capgemini a month ago, but I recently got an offer from Deloitte. But official notice period is 90 days in capg. But I want early release. How much do I have pay Capgemini? Do I have to pay just the basic salary for the remainder days or the whole salary that we get inhand monthly for the remainder days

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title.
