I started my career at Mphasis (private EPF trust), then worked at Cerner & TechM where I contributed to EPF but was not an EPS member. Currently at Anixter, contributing to EPS. How can I transfer my EPF from Cerner & TechM to my current EPS account? EPF transfers are getting rejected due to this EPS mismatch. Please help 🙏

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?
