Hi fishes. I've been facing harassment n I'm targeted by counselor for quite sometime. They are projecting wrong things abt me to senior mgmt, and they also believe the counselor. I'm excluded from some team activities also. Despite hard work and appreciation from everyone, including mails and feedbacks, im not getting any support from team, let alone appreciation. I'm also being pushed to pip now. Completely stressed.

Will talking to HR help? What's the solution? Please advise.
