My HR round in HCL completed 2 weeks back. But there is no response from HR for my calls mails. When I can expect the offer letter? is this delay is common nowadays or only for me??

Does anyone know typically how many rounds there are for hedge funds interviews and how soon after interviews I’ll hear back about next steps?

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

question is, they will negotiate with me or they have rejected my profile ?

At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. I have until Friday to respond and Red Bull said they would let me know IF I made it to the final round by Friday.. should I reach out to Red Bull if I have not heard by Wednesday that I need to make a decision?

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

Do HCL revise offered salary or counter offer if other in hand offer shared?
