After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.
