I have 6YOE as Machine Learning Engineer in Tata consultancy services (tcs) Noida (5.3 LPA). Married, no kids, hometown Meerut (NCR). Flexible on relocation, but WLB matters.

I have 3 offers:
Capgemini 9 LPA (8.2 fixed) - for Noida (Sr Consultant)
HCL Technologies 17 LPA (16 fixed) - E2 band (Sr Technical Lead) for Noida with direct project hiring
IBM 19.7 LPA (18 fixed) + 1.7 L Joining bonus + 25k relocation - 6B band (Data Scientist) for Hyderabad with direct project hiring

Any thoughts of investing in gold or gold related instruments?

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
