I am an IIM graduate of 2020 (from one of the new IIMs) and have total 2 years of work ex in Program/Product Management. After this Appraisal cycle of March 2022, my CTC stands at 18 fixed +1.8 variable (LPA).

I am unable to gauge if I'm being paid as per the industry standards. Please help!

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college). I’ve moved around within the bank a few times but I’m just not happy here nor am I where I want to be in terms of comp . Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?
