Should I get an accountant/tax pro? I’m sick of paying for $200 for turbo tax and still having to do all the work. I’m Buying and selling (mostly just buying) equities through multiple brokerages, maxing 401k and accruing interest on multiple checking / savings accounts. Not rly any tax breaks. Would be willing to pay up to ~$400 for some convenience

I’ve never worked at a start up, but just got an offer for one. Have some q’s about the equity piece.

Part of the comp package is 200k shares of options (that I guess I would have to buy), fair market valued at $52,500 (they told me this in the offer).

At what point do I need to pay for these options? How exactly (and when exactly) does that work?

Of note: 25% vests after 1 yr, the rest vests monthly until my 4th year, when I’m fully vested.

I received an offer for a remote position, so I was wondering if it would be possible to manage two full time jobs at the same time if one is remote and the other was on site. Anyone know all-in costs for Fragomen to process an EB2 or 3 for ROW filer? I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Hi fishes, I had cleared 3 rounds of interviews and a written assignment for a role in Aruba (HPE subsidiary). Now they said the job role is on hold for a few months. Candidates having offer are also put on hold. That doesn't seems fair considering a candidate has cleared all rounds of selection. Is this happened with anyone?
