I want to get out of warehouse work. What's a good-paying job where I don't need a lot of schooling?

Being a real estate agent is a well-paying job and doesn't require a lot of schooling.

As a car salesman, it is a job with a great economic return, therefore you can access money quickly, what you need is to train yourself as a salesman.

You have tried to leave the store and ask your bosses to give you the opportunity to work in the store, as a store manager you usually earn more and have more benefits, and at the same time, you will continue in the same work branch.

I would say stockbroker, but I understand that if you study a lot, the difference is that while you study at the same time you work, it's a good option.

You can join the army as a marine you don't study so much but you do have great opportunities.

There are many jobs that do not exactly need a study but skills such as carpentry or upholstery, among others, are very good trades that earn a lot of money.

Are you tech-savvy? Teach yourself to program and get a junior developer job. Great pay and good job stability.

How difficult is it to start a solo firm? I’m a first year attorney working in insurance defense in Florida. I love my firm and the mentoring I’m receiving and I’m definitely not looking to move anytime soon, but I would love to start my own firm once I feel competent. Maybe in a few years. Any advice for planning? Thanks!

Hello Fishes,

Are the below offers on par with the market standards as a data engineer?
YOE : 4
C CTC : 9
Offers:
1. Synopsys(17L + 2L VP + 3L JB + RSU - 10K USD)
2. MAQ : 15L
3. Optum : 15L
After browsing this portal, got to know Synopsys is paying good for this role. Any suggestions?

Can I ask more as I'm looking for longer association(if yes, what should be the approach considering that the other offers are less than this) and any idea about the hike percentage in Synopsys?

I am currently negotiating a compensation package and part of it includes stock options. What other information do I need to evaluate if the equity component is a good offer ? It’s a ~40 person company and I’ve received the the number of options, most recent valuation, and current strike price. I was also given a dollar range that I can “imagine” the share price would be (I think they were trying to help me do the math without it giving away too much)?
