New CTC - 17.5 LPA (16 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Current company - Thoucentric Technologies Pvt Ltd
New Company - Thomson Reuters

Would like to know, whether this would be a good switch? Considering, I won't be eligible for hike cycle for 2025 in Thomson & what would be the best If my current company matches the new job offer?

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
