Got an offer letter from EPAM with 21 LPA fixed and current CCTC 15.2
Is it considered as a good package with 6.3 years of Experience ( Dotnet Full stack (Angular).

EPAM provides WFH?

Hi.. i was offered A2 level, 19LPA for 4.8 yoe & cloud devops tech stack.
If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.

Guys.. just a headup.. dnt join epam anywhere .. they dnt have projects.. they are re-evaluating people again .. same technical interview of 1.5 hours ... Not sure wat is the outcome of the technical interview after geeting offer letter n joining epam.
