I've got an offer with PwC AC Blore as manager in tech strategy, for Canada region. I'm working with Deloitte in the same domain, Tech strategy with more of a customer facing + some sales. Pwc is offering 8L more than my current fixed CTC.
How are these backend offices of the big4? Is it a worthy switch?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I’m at the cap for salary at the level/role and can’t negotiate offer any higher.
