I am in the process of negotiating at ZS for BTS AC role. Current CTC is 7.5LPA. Can anyone help me decide on a good salary range that I should aim for while joining?

I checked the range i glassdoor and its 14L to 17L. But im doubtful if they will agree to give me a 100% hike. So looking for opinions. Thank you for you response.

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.
