I’m a former educator that has transitioned to working for a SaaS company. I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I certified as a scrum master but I’m having a hard time finding a Scrum position. In transparency I have been in the field about 2 years. Any and all suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. My Skill set is Informatica Power Centre, Teradata, SQL, Python, Tableau, Autosys (batch scheduler) and advanced excel. I am looking for a switch, how much compensation/salary would be fair to ask on the basis of my experience and skill set?

I got an offer of 10.4 LPA (fixed) + 70K joining bonus from Amdocs, later received an offer of 13 LPA (fixed) + 1L joining bonus from another organisation. But I'm willing to join Amdocs.
Does Amdocs considers counter offer to renegotiate the offer amount?
