Can someone explain me what's going on with Accenture recruitment? My joining date was 29th of this month. HR called me day before yesterday and preponed it to 26th, later today she called and saying that due to high volume of candidates, the Onboarding is freezed and so my candidature is pushed to September 5th. Is this normal?

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. I’ve been having a bit of trouble working with one partner at a new firm. There are definitely things I can/need to work on for improvement, but I’ve been practicing for four years and have had no trouble with other partners/peers before. 1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
