Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.

Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Hi folks, my YOE - 4.9 yrs and Tech Stack - Java full stack developer. I have offer from Barclays BA4 22 LPA fixed. Other company (small scale) offering 25 LPA(22.5 FIXED + 2.5 Variable). I want to negotiate with Barclays. Please help me how much to negotiate to get something more from Barclays.
