How much CTC can I expect for "Content Writer (Technical Writing)" role at EV, if I my current CTC is 6.6 LPA?
Please consider the fact that the HR already knows that I have an offer of 11 LPA from another organisation.

Also, is variable pay offer better than getting a fixed CTC? If yes, why and if not, why?

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. On the other hand, it's hard for me to imagine negotiating because (given my inexperience), I don't feel I'd be able to do better anywhere else. Any advice?

My cool off period will be applicable from the day i attended first round or the date in which i received the regret mail And i would like to apply for a job in Edgeverve. Will the infosys cool off Period be applicable for Edgeverve also? Or i can apply for Edgeverve opening now itself?
