Hi folks I am 4.5 yrs exp devops eng, I have 3 offers – Egen.ai (16L fixed, 1L JB, 50K relocation, Hyd), Volkswagen IT (16L fixed + 1.6L variable + 1L JB, Pune), and PwC (15.1L fixed + 3.75L variable + 2L JB, Pune). I’m mainly confused between Volkswagen and PwC. Can anyone share insights on work culture, growth, and career prospects in these two orgs? some of my friends working in PWC are wfh totally should I consider that as well? Please give me some suggestions as my joining date is 8th Sept.

How do I easily find any cells that are hard coded vs formula? I have 10,000 rows of data and column F is supposed to be a formula based on columns C and D, without clicking into all 10k cells in column F how can I make sure formulas are there and not accidentally hand keyed over?

Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
