hi Recently I had an interview at Airbus for Technology analyst ii role. That was the final round but HR did not give me a number after my expectation and said that they would offer me as per company standard . can you tell me what is the pay scale at this position? this is for e2 level

Why not join :
If you are from a product based organisation or a technical person then AVOID it.
1. 90% managers are non technical and don't be surprised when you find a manager handling research team has just bca degree 😀
2. Hike and other perks turning like a service based organisation. So from this year the hike will be announced in mid may and will be credited in June month salary
3. Have to be in the office for at least 3 days (not applicable for the manager)
4. HR decision fully influenced by manager
5. VP % decreases day by day. This year it was average 100%
6. Hike on and average 7%
7. Managers are mostly from service based organisations so they bring a lot of service culture like micro management
8. Technical growth and promotion is 0.
9. Some managers are fully biased on region and religion
10. B"*t licking on peak here
If you tell me the Hiring team or manager then I'll give directly GO or NO GO

I disagree with the BCA degree comment but agree to the rest.
Managers are the worst. An Organisation where junior level employees keep moving out is not a good sign.
Promotion is ZERO
Hike is pathetic
Politics is at peak
In a technical environment, all managers are quite stupid and non-tech so you will have a really hard time working with them.
The new head of Digital India has a very service based industry outlook.
The cost cuts are quite extreme and are only applicable to India and not in Europe.
The race discrimination is quite evident.

Would be helpful for the community if you could also mention your tech stack, yrs of experience, approx current ctc, and approx ctc offered by Airbus
