What does 401k mean?

Just got AMEX plat, need to spend the airline $200 in the next 4 days. Only one more flight, on Southwest so no fees there and apparently clubs now make you fly their airline to enter.

For those who cold call on 401k plans, what is your approach?

Can/should I represent myself (or in other words do not hire a buyer’s agent) when buying a new construction? Will I get the 3% that would have gone to the buyer’s agent, that i can put towards closing cost? I wouldn’t do this if buying an older property but I can’t think of much that an agent would add value in new construction purchase to justify the 3% cost. Thoughts/suggestions/guidance? First time home buyer. Thx
