I am currently working as a Personal Banker and SME in Barclays, India with a total experience of 8 years in operations across domains like telecom, insurance and banking. I am currently seeking a role as SME or Team Lead.
I would really appreciate any advise you could give on how I can enhance my job search for these roles in terms of whether I should contact an executive search firm or keep applying through job portals?

Anyone taking SSRI and Bupropion at the same time for ADHD? Diagnosed as high functioning ADHD with anxiety. Curious to see how this combo has worked for you. Day 3 on it and not sure if I’m feeling a bit of placebo or if it’s actually helping my focus.

If you use the pomodoro method for time focus and tracking, do you bill in those increments or just keep your billablr timer going the whole time? For example, I work in 25 minute increments for large projects then I get a break. Do I bill .5 for that increment and restart my billing or keep my billing continuously going thereby not rounding up for those 5 min? I have just kept my timer going.
