Any advice for when a friend becomes your boss?

I’ve been in inside/outside roles 7+ yrs in Real Estate & have led sales/development on large residential developments for luxury new construction & assist buyers, sellers, investors. Now both my kids are in school FT I don’t need flex hours & prefer not to work weekends. I’d like to be in AE role where I can build a career I’m proud of with more stability. But it seems like the only path to be an AE is through the SDR route. Any ideas on companies open to non SaaS work history in Chicagoland?

Hello all, so I currently am 24M working at tmobile. I just found out my store is closing at the end of this month. They're offering to transfer me but simply put I know for a fact I won't see as much traffic coming into the store so less potential for sales. I'm looking to find a good job to transition too. I do have my life and health insurance license but I didn't like what I did before. Any suggestions on good sales jobs or what to look into? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

Anyone on income based loan repayment? Can’t decide whether to try to pay off ASAP Dave Ramsey-style or pay as little as possible, let interest balloon and have the balance “forgiven.” Both seem equally bad at this point (> $200k in loans), especially when income is projected to increase over time. Any Probate attorneys? My mother just passed away and I have zero experience in this area. There is an original will naming me the agent though I have been unable to read it as the secondary agent won’t hand it over. Can I start probate without it? She died in Idaho which requires formal probate for any estate valued over $100k. By value does that mean after debts are repaid? How does one know the value of the estate before they file? Curious to hear from those of you on the road, how have you made progress in your acting careers? Especially how were you able to catch the eye of an agent? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Joined my first BL firm as a third year and feel like I’m out of sorts. Everyone is great but I don’t feel like I’m pulling my weight on teams and juniors are running circles around me. I’m even having a hard time doing basic things like finding docs on the management system which is new to me. Some of this has to do with joining mid-deal for a few, but some is me not being trained properly in some respects (this is why I came here) and different working styles. Any advice would be helpful.
