My marketing people - does anyone else's company have a dedicated "Marketing Response Team" (MRT Team)? Or something similar? Might be called something else at other companies and I just have no clue.

Apple laptop question: starting with Apple next week and just received their laptop, but it does not come with any pre-configured corporate credential. Is this normal that we have to set everything up from the scratch on day 1?

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. In contrast, my legal argument section is generally without edits. For context, first defense lit job post appellate clerkship. Is this normal?? I currently work at a small PI firm in Atlanta were EVERYTHING is settled presuit. If we’re unable to settle, then it’s referred to another firm for litigation. This whole process seems very atypical to me and the attorneys rarely touch a file until the first liability offer is received. The paralegals handle everything from intake to drafting the demands. The attorney briefly skims (does NOT read) the demand packages and signs. Is this ethical?? Anyone else work at a firm that is run this way??

How high does L6 range typically go for Sr Program Manager roles? I am currently at ~250k TC and the position they were interviewing me for hand a max range of 200k TC. Is >300k TC possible?

I understand A&M comp is primarily derived from the annual bonus based on collections/performance. However, given the significant increase in Big 4 FDD comp this year, are there any plans to raise the base salary for A&M? I have to pay rent every month not just annually 🤣
