Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Hello Nooglers, is it possible to internally switch at Google from TSE (AI/ML) to core ML domain? If yes, how and how much time a person would require to work at TSE position? I received interview call for TSE position so I was wondering if this could be a possibility or not.

I’ve been here 5 years and honestly really enjoy it. I think, given the field, we have pretty great work life balance. It’s a feedback heavy culture, but there’s also a really nice formal mentorship culture that helps you navigate it. Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience and enjoy it.
More provider.
And if you’re interested I’d keep applying. Unfortunately, sometimes things fall through the cracks with recruitment, but definitely a good place to work all things considered.
I don't have anything helpful to add but I am Curious to know why you are leaving Guidehouse? Has your job been affected by the new administration?
I’m in a different unit but the culture is really good from my perspective. Best company I’ve worked for in my career, been here 13 plus years. Fairly comped with focus on rewarding high performance. Lots of mentors and people invested in growing me. Work life balance gets out of whack from time to time as all jobs can but no issues taking time off when needed and if you need time off for family issues or personal challenges, my team rallies hard to give people support. I think the proof is how many boomerangs come back. I’ve know at least 20 folks who left and ultimately returned.
I don’t wanna be part of a sinking ship

following because I phone screened but got ghosted
I left a contract for the first time in my career because my director in that team was so bad. He was only good at managing up, micromanaging, and taking credit for the good.
Very political below the surface. Managing directors expressed shock and concern when I put my 2 weeks in, but couldn’t find time to meet/ talk before I left.
