I called helpdesk last Friday for BGC status so they said, it is in ready to closer state and I got to know that My DOJ is pending state but I had requested to change the DOJ and my recruiter has accepted it and given the new DOJ for Oct in as she send letter in WD about new DOJ and I have accepted it but I don't know why DOJ is in inprogress.

Can anyone know about this situation or status of DOJ inprogress or anyone facing similar issue.

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
