Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Our tech stacks may be different but I just switched this month by serving 32 days of notice in my previous company and ended up with 3 offers.
I feel there are 2 options - Withdrawing your papers is one.
Continuing your notice is the other option. Last 30 to 45 days you should receive at least 3 to 4 proper interview calls with schedules planned in the coming days. Many companies are looking for immediate joiners.
Regarding package negotiation - If your current company is paying you in industry standards: Exp × 2+ as fixed, then continuing your notice may not be a problem because your 1st offer will be at least 30% of the hike in the worst case scenario. Then from there, you can negotiate in the next offers and reach a 60-70% hike. Not sure if companies are giving 80-100% hikes nowadays. I got 54% only. But I made 2 switches in 6 months tenure and made up for it to reach a 100% hike.
