Is there any difference in the interview process (including evaluation) for generalist vs. specialist positions at McKinsey right now?

Am within the interview process for a TSC position at Google UK and have been asked to get ready with an offer expectation for total annual compensation (annual salary, bonus, stocks … etc) but am really not sure with 12 yrs of experience what to seek and what should be the proper grading level for such experience.
