I went through the LTM recruitment process recently, all the documents also got approved, even the status in the portal is showing Offered but still the HR has not released the offer letter. It's been two weeks. Also I tried reaching out to the HR but she is not responding, What should I do ?
My last working day is near.

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. Have been applying and had some interviews at larger shops but nothing has come of it. I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
Can anyone please help me with this? I'm confused and scared.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

What are different roles in LTI. I have got offer as P4 .May I know other roles from P4 onwards.
