I have 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing. I’ve got an offer from Wipro with a CTC of 15 LPA (7.5% variable). I’ve already served my notice period and am currently not working.

Is it a good decision to accept this offer, or should I wait for a better one? Would love to hear thoughts from others in a similar situation.

Also, what would be the approx. in-hand salary?

Expected : 25- 30 lpa
Have one offer in a different org.- 21 lpa

YOE - 4 years
Role : PM
