For people who moved from UI to Full Stack, what CTC range are you seeing these days (YOE + band if possible)?

My offer discussion is going on with KGS, is it a good switch from EY India to KGS?

Is it worth to take a step back to get more consulting experience for the long run?

Currently S3 in international tax, up for promotion next year but the team is heavily focused on compliance and kinda have to fight for consulting work; got an offer from another B4 as a S1 with $95k base salary(NYC) but the team is mostly doing international consulting, would it be worth it to take the offer if I foresee myself in PA in at least 5 years?

Please help me in choosing which one to join for 5 yrs mainframe exp guy in terms of job security and WLB -

Hoping to make the switch from London to the US, I’m a UK citizen. Seems most companies are stating that they won’t sponsor visas in their job postings. Currently no transfer opportunities globally on our internal systems either. Do you have any insight on why this might be / when companies may start sponsoring visas again? Thanks in advance!
