I have been interviewed at TCS recently and after that i got mail for document upload but as of now i haven’t been informed whether am i selected or not.!? HR also asked salary expectations. She said we will collect docs and salary expectations and send to higher management then they will further move for next process. What does it means am i selected or not.? What is the next process can someone help me here..?

Is there anyone who became an architect without experience as software engineer? I currently work as solutions analyst and my goal is to be a solutions architect. Is it possible without having software engineering experience?

What is the worst reaction you’ve had after giving your notice? I just gave notice and I have never had a boss that tried as hard to make me change my mind as this one. Offered me basically anything I wanted.

Can you lose your job if you don’t like the animosity from your creative team and speak up about it ? Genuinely worried I might be disrupting the peace by saying something 🥴 the anxiety is terrible! Do I just accept it that they don’t like me or speak up and potentially burn that bridge?

Has anyone dealt with submitting domestic adoption costs for reimbursement? Do we just email them our receipts as the expense has occurred. Is there forms to fill out as well? I just started the process and made my first payment and want to know how to submit.

So as a 30ish yo with a government/PE/tech background and CIPM/CIPP… I’m finding privacy work is just much easier and interesting than other kinds, but still pays plenty well.

Is it too late/inadvisable to go to law school to specifically aim for privacy work?

I just find some firms are unwilling to entertain the idea that anyone but a lawyer has anything relevant to contribute in this space…
