Hi folks, I have been working in Oracle ebs technical side for 4 years. Coding is not my cup of tea. I feel like I'm just surviving not able to work confidently.I want to switch to another module.Currently Oracle HCM cloud is in my mind, because it has more opportunities and non coding. Please provide me your advices, your pov's regarding this. Is HCM good idea or any other stream (in Oracle mostly) you would like to suggest. What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.
