I have cleared my first round of technical interview and been selected for the second round with HR. I am currently into SAP BW and I currently been interviewed for Intermediate Application Developer. I have total of 8.6 YOE and currently have a fixed of 11.7 LPA. How much can I expect from UPS for 8.6 YOE ? Please suggest me the expected Salary that I can mention in my Manager Round .

I've got offer from Dunnhumby, Fractal and Gartner for the role of Data engineer. Which one should I go for?

Tech Stack - Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and Synapse analytics.
YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?
