I have recently completed my 2nd round interview and I haven't heard anything about the interview outcome for the past 2 days. I was told that the interviewer had not shared the feedback yet which is causing the delay.

Is this the normal practice?
How will I be sure if the feedback that will be given was intended for me since it has already crossed 2-3 days post my interview?

Or anything else infer?
I felt the round went well.

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Anyone leave before their bonus (before knowing what the amount was) and then regret it when it turned out to be a huge bonus? Got a great offer that I want to take but feeling FOMO by leaving the bonus on the table.

And yes, I tried moving the start date and asking them to cover the lost bonus but they said no and it’s still a better offer and it would be irresponsible not to take it.
