I wanted to check something regarding the hiring process at Tech Mahindra.

Do they complete the entire background verification (BGV), including education and employment checks, before releasing the official offer letter? Or is the offer letter released first and BGV happens afterward?

Would appreciate insights from anyone who has recently gone through their process.

Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?

Looking for career advice. I’m based in Canada, MCOL area, and barely making ends meet at 62k total comp. Several YOE but only 6mo in the field, master’s degree in an unrelated field, currently pursuing a graduate degree in org dev. Analyst at a boutique firm, but have gotten an offer for a consultant position for a similar comp at another firm with more intense working hours. I’m an excellent worker. After technical rounds, HR asked me to submit the documents and BGC related forms. I sent the all documents, it's been one week and no call back. Usually how much time they will take ?

I got call from tech Mahindra for selection on Friday But still waiting for any mail confirmation.

(1)How much time it will take to get confirmed selection mail and further process upto joining?
(2) They will call for salary negotiation or not?
(3) Upto what range they negotiate?
(4) What will be the salary negotiation range for 6 years experience person having 9lpa is the current package?
