Hi folks,

I’m currently working at Harman (client location in Bangalore) and joined around 3 months ago. Now, I’ve received an offer from Persistent Systems for their Gurgaon location, which is much closer to my hometown. The offer also comes with around a 40% salary hike.

I’m a bit confused — should I stay at Harman and build stability since it's still early, or move to Persistent for better pay and location advantage?
Would appreciate your thoughts or suggestions ?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
