hi folks, My DOJ in TCS is on 11th Sept but in iBegin portal status is showing BGC scheduled but before 2 weeks I confirmed with BGC team they said it is completed. The status of all BGC documents is accepted. Does anyone know when I will get the joining email and when the status will change from the BGC scheduled?

I have been assigned to project in tcs. I will be introduced to client only when I complete certain certification. I have been asked to complete it within a week. I am trying my best and giving 4-5 hrs daily to prepare.

I am a little bit worried about this. Can someone tell me how does this impace the growth in tcs. If one doesn't complete a certification what actions are taken. I Joined last week. As I come from a product based company I have done certifications but there was no pressure
