I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

What is the impact on rating and overall, if I have got all snapshots good but for one snapshot its like at level for 4 parameters and 1 parameter partially demonstrated at level and have got a development action on that. They specifically told her that they have strict policies and need complete commitment and you are not fit for the current role owing to your health. They have a king rule from management side and treat their employees as daily wage labor . Very bad HR and management

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. I am starting to feel depressed and horrible. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career. Can someone guide me here?
