All this was very fast-tracked in a mere 25 days. And now from a week, I haven't heard from them, HR isn't reverting. Should I be worried or it's a usual delay? Kinda anxious atp

Making ~$105k in Chicago (bonus included). Looking to go to either California, NY or Boston. What is the lowest salary increase you would take? I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here
