Does Amgen provide company iPhones/mobile phones to all employees as part of onboarding, or is it limited to specific functions/levels?

I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

After CTC discussion with HR,she said she sent for approval.
Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.
