Currently having 4 years experience in D365 functional consultant... feeling getting paid below the market and got one more opportunity in Accenture. But don't want to leave kpmg instead wanted to retain there? Will it possible? If yes how much will they provide to retain?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
