I have 4 offers:
1 from lesser known consultancy company for 20 LPA in PLM domain, 1 from another smaller Consultancy in Geometry doman for 22 LPA, another for MSys for 24 LPA. and last one from KPIT for 19 LPA in Embedded domain.
I am bit confused, as few more companies are trying to lure me in by offering more salary. I am looking for long term, but not getting any product based calls.

What should I do?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Is it normal for a company to directly share offer letter to sign without me accepting verbally, they know I have competing offer.

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?
