I have 9 YOE. I'm currently at EY GDS in Automation Testing role.

My CTC is just 12L. My worry is already worked for 5 organizations in 9 years.
Will it impact my career if i look more opportunities as my salary is very less and not upto industry standard?

Moving to different orgs in every 2-3 years recommended?

I feel burnt out by how ruthless the tech industry in US is, but I also know I’m making much more money than people outside of tech or consulting.

How do you adjust your WLB?
I’m so burnt out that I wish I could yell at people who were not kind or supportive to me, but those people often unfortunately were in position of power.
I don’t like unkindness, but my anger is just very bottled up…
What can I do to stay level-headed even when the other side is disrespectful?
