Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
