Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

If you want to work in english it will most likely be in amsterdam or london. You can find gigs quite easily on linkedin (follow agencies and recruiters). Have some savings for the down times and expect to earn less as rates are lower in europe ✨ Good luck!
Easiest to start with 1 reliable client and grow from there
well, take a look at this post: I asked three questions on my post and instead of answers, Americans shoot me with other questions. So in short words: I need a change of scenery. I’m tired of this culture.

😂 What makes you think we’re Americans? I’m not, but I work in the US and have lived in Europe. If you want help, you need to provide a little background information. Your question was vague. Help us, help you.

There’s a recruiter called Sasha The Mensch who has a lot of contacts in European agencies. Connect with his team for some insight. They’ll also tell you that the money is half what you’re used to.
What country do you have a visum for?

What languages do you speak fluently?
let’s just assume I speak 4 languages but my focus is to freelance in english and that Visa/ Citizenship is not a problem
why not work with US agencies?
I am also interested in doing this, so I appreciate you asking! I'll give you my current plan, take whatever is helpful: I don't plan to do this for a year or two, so now I keep an eye out for freelance European gigs on LinkedIN, slack groups, etc. Later I plan to reach out to those recruiters as well as continue general networking with strategists around the world. As for instability- I would move with enough savings for 6 months at least, then continue networking and contacting recruiters in person. And agree on Amsterdam and London- they seem easiest and you could jump to other countries as your network expands.

Only issue is, London isn’t in Europe any longer. So that brings another set of problems for freelancers. The government has made it much harder for companies to hire freelancers.
Companies in cities like Berlin, Brussels, Stockholm and Zurich use English in business, so they could be options too.

what’s happening in the UK with IR35 seems to be a mess.. and something similar is brewing in the USA (called: Pro Act). I bring that up so you can plan accordingly and navigate smoothly.
