Deloitte MBA manager salary? S&A
Paul went on IG Live this afternoon after Karine called the police. I have not watched the video, but bloggers report that Paul accused Karine of drinking in front of their son, domestic violence (shoving him), giving him an STD, and being pregnant again. The video ends with Karine asking to be taken to a shelter. Very sad.

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Ha...when you hate the lack of control and inconsistency.
I hear you on all of that. But I think some of us prefer this over the office routine.
Me too! #5MonthClub
My plan is to give it a year, then evaluate the pros and cons again. But if you're not happy, there's no shame in going back to full-time. I personally got tired of same old same old clients and office politics so freelancing has been a welcome break from that. But I hear ya on the constantly having to hustle being a drag. Lack of control, too.
It’s definitely not for everyone, just like permanent roles aren’t for everyone 🤷🏽♀️ The lack of control is either something you can roll with or not, but it doesn’t really fade away.
9 months in. Learning to not panic - I’ve been booked as much as I’ve wanted to so far. I left ft for life reasons and because I was a bit burnt out on the same ol. Planning to revaluate at some point and decide the next move, but it likely won’t be in an agency. Good luck!
Financially devastating dry spells and not getting paid on time really kills the romance.
Before my last gig I only had 18 dollars on my checking account.
