CTC: 32 (3.2 performance bonus and 2.3 fixed bonus)
current is 24 fixed
Should i join TCS also i have 1 month notice
i have some questions if someone can help from TCS:
I am just afraid i have lot of freedom in current company for wfo 3 days hybrid
whereas tcs 5 days office
even we get wfh for 1 month without any issue -- tcs its not there
free meal in current but not in TCS

Can anyone at Monitor clarify what overtime pay looks like? How often do Cs actually qualify? Recruiter gave a pretty cookie cutter answer. Would appreciate some insight. Thanks
